There are currently five sessions a week organised by the club for seniors:

  •  Monday "Recovery Run", 6 - 7 pm, from Battlebridge Track, Battlebridge Lane in Redhill (led by Ian Edmonds) 
    • 5 mile at 10 min/mile pace
  • Tuesday, 7 - 8 pm at Battlebridge (coached by Usha Stevens, Ellis Cain-Jones, Malcolm Woodman)
    • Middle distance / endurance
    • With a "less intense" option
  • Tuesday, 8 - 9 pm at Battlebridge (coached by Usha Stevens, Malcolm Woodman)
    • Endurance
  • Wednesday "Recovery Run", 7 - 8 pm, from YMCA Sovereign Centre, Slipshatch Road, Reigate (led by Ian Edmonds)
    • 5 mile at 10 min/mile pace
  • Thursday, 7 - 8 pm at Battlebridge (coached by Usha Stevens)
    • Middle distance / endurance

 All sessions are added to the calendar with details of the plan. 

On Sunday mornings, we often have an organised longer social run through our local countryside usually with a coffee afterwards. These are publicised via the Facebook Group and on the website calendar.
