For a club record to be recognised the participant's result must comply with the following...

1. The event must be entered under Reigate Priory AC or at a higher level if competing for county/region/country.
2. It is not a requirement to wear a club vest.
3. The participant can be a 2nd claim member for Reigate Priory AC as long as they are entered into the event under Reigate Priory AC. (For clarification when running at a higher level the participant is representing the 1st claim club so will not be eligible.)
4. Club records will be taken from chip time if available.
5. The event must be run on an accurately measured course. i.e. a certificate is required. For results that are covered by Power of 10 (local/regional/national events) if the event appears there it will be deemed to be an accurate measure.
