SAL is a track and field league where the club teams up with Holland Sports AC and Dorking & Mole Valley AC to compete in Division 3 against other clubs from the South East of England.
The meetings are open to U17s, U20s and Seniors (Vets included).
The dates (venues to be confirmed) for 2026 are:
Match 1 - Saturday 16 May
Match 2 - Sunday 21 June
Match 3 - Sunday 19 July
Match 4 - Saturday 8 August
