Terms & Conditions
Refunds
Regrettably, in common with other races, no refund can be made to any entrant who withdraws through injury, illness, lack of training, change of plan or for whatever reason.
Cancellation
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the race in circumstances beyond our control, for instance if adverse weather (or the threat of adverse weather) should make conditions too dangerous for competitors or a serious incident occurs, which prevents the race going ahead. In such, or other circumstances, all residual proceeds will be donated to local charities chosen by RPAC, after the deduction of costs incurred.
Headphones & similar devices
In common with other races held on roads not closed to traffic the wearing of headphones, or similar devices, is not permitted.
Time Limit
Time limits are needed for the comfort, health and safety of entrants, Marshals and other personnel involved. All entrants should reasonably expect to complete the 10k course within 90 minutes which equates to a pace of 9 minutes per kilometre or 14.5 minutes per mile. Chip timing will cease 90 minutes after the start of the race and dismantling of the Finish area will then commence.
Reigate Priory AC wishes you a safe and enjoyable run!
