JUNIOR SECTION REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities

  • Represent the interests of the Junior Section
  • Chair the Junior Section sub-committee (co-ordination of coaches, assistants, league participation etc.)
  • Oversee the activities of the junior coaches
  • Cover all developments in the junior section
  • Oversee the junior section waiting list
  • Oversee entries to external competitive events
  • Attend committee meetings

  • Keen interest in the coaching of junior athletes
  • Able to lead and supervise others

Commitment

Average of 5 hours per month
