   Rules for record insertion...

• The athlete must be a fully paid-up member of the club at the time of attaining the record
• The athlete can be a 1st or 2nd claim member provided that he/she is representing RPAC
• If representing at a higher level (e.g. county) then he/she must be a 1st claim RPAC athlete
• For road races the record must have been attained on a distance certified course
