Description:

Warm up and drills

Then 

1k at 5k pace

200m slow jog recovery

Then continuous rolling 800m wind-ups

1st 200m at 25% (jog)

2nd 200m at 60%

3rd 200m at 70%

4th 200m at 80% with last 50m flat out from blue cone to finish.

 

Work up to 12 reps.
