There are usually four sessions a week organised by the club for seniors:

  • Tuesdays, 7-8pm at Battlebridge Track, Battlebridge Lane in Redhill (coached by Ian Martin)
  • Wednesday "Recovery Run", 7-8pm, from YMCA Sovereign Centre, Slipshatch Road, Reigate. 5 mile at 10 min/mile pace (led by Ian Edmonds)
  • Thursdays, 7-8pm. In the summer we meet by the Sunken Garden in Priory Park, and winter at Battlebridge Lane (coached by Jas Dhanda)
  • Saturdays, most weeks at 10.00 am in Priory Park. Check calendar for details (coached by Gavin Lawrence)
