The Priory Relays is an historic event dating back many years. The race is a cross country event for athletic and running clubs. The men's race consists of 4 legs and the ladies race consists of 3 legs. Each leg is approximately 2.5 miles long. Prizes are awarded to the first three teams and the fastest three runners, both male and female. All athletes must be 17 years of age or older on the day of the race.

When are the Priory Relays?

The Priory Relays are held in the Autumn. The 2016 event will be held on 5th November. The event has permit number 93:15 from UK Athletics. 

How do I get to the Priory Relays?

The Priory Relays start in Reigate's Priory Park. 

Reigate railway station is approximately a 5 minute walk away.

Buses 32, 420, 435 and 460 all stop in the town centre. 

If you drive, the nearest car park is in Bell Street and is a 2 minute walk away. There is also ample additional parking in the Bancroft Road or the Upper West street car parks.

 

What route does the Priory Relays take?

The route is entirely within the grounds of Reigate Priory Park with plenty of marshals throughout the course.
