Please enter the runners listed on the attached sheets for HOLLY RUN 2006
 I declare that these runners will abide by the race rules and that each runner has assured me that they are medically fit to run. Each runner understands that they enter at their own risk* and that the Race Organisers will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage as a consequence of their participating in the HOLLY RUN 2009. I understand that the acceptance of these entries is subject to the approval of the Race Organisers and that after acceptance the entrance fee is not refundable.
*Runners under the age of 18 should have the approval of their parent or Guardian to participate in the HOLLY RUN 2009.
Entry Fees for the HOLLY RUN 2009 are: £5.00 for adults (over 18 on race day) and £2.00 for under 18's.
Please note that there will be a £2.00 surcharge for entries made on the day.
